Refunds
Updated 2026-08-28All sales are final. RawRoom does not offer a money-back guarantee, and this page explains why that is fair rather than mean.
You can use RawRoom before you pay, properly and on your own photographs. The editor opens and develops with no account at all. Signing in gives you 30 days and 50 exports, and no card is asked for at any point. By the time you buy, you have run the thing on your own files and seen exactly what it does. A refund window exists to protect people who bought blind. Nobody buys RawRoom blind.

What is still refunded
Final does not mean unreachable. Email hello@rawroom.app and you will get a refund in each of these cases:
- You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged for something you already own.
- You paid and did not receive access. If the licence never arrived, that is our failure, not a change of mind.
- The build is broken in a way that stops it working for you and we cannot fix it. Software has bugs; selling you something that does not run is different.
If you are in the UK or the EU
You have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, and no wording on this page removes it. We are not asking you to waive it at checkout. If you are covered by those rules and you want to cancel within 14 days, email us and we will refund you.
We would rather say that plainly than write "all sales final" and quietly rely on you not knowing your rights.
What happens to your licence if a refund is issued
A refunded purchase is marked refunded automatically and the entitlement is removed from your account. The film packs and any full-size export access that came with it stop working.
Your trial does not restart. It begins once, the first time an account is created, and a refund does not reset it.
If a refund is issued, what it revokes
The packs and the Kit are granted differently, so they come back differently.
- Refunding one pack revokes that pack only. If you own C-41 and Grainhouse separately and one is refunded, the other keeps working.
- The Kit is one purchase and refunds whole. It grants Develop and both packs together, so there is no partial Kit refund. It goes back as one thing or not at all.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, and there is nothing it achieves that an email would not achieve faster.
